Snoring  Problems?

If you aren’t snoring while you are reading this, your snoring is under your control while awake.

Snoring Only Happens When You Sleep.

That fact, which seems to be overlooked, means that it is under muscular control.  It is not a condition in which you must be the victim.

When a doctor says that it is a "tissue issue" and you need surgery, consider just how fast tissue would need to grow and resorb for this to be true.  Say you are snoring and your spouse nudges you and you stop.  Did the excess tissue disappear in that one second.  And when you start snoring again five minutes later, has the tissue grown back?

Even in your sleep, your mind continues to function to keep you alive and safe.

  • Your heart and lungs keep working
  • You can turn over in your sleep
  • You don’t hit the wall or bedstead when turning over in your sleep
  • You don’t fall out of bed
  • You don’t lose control of your bladder
  • You don’t lose control of your bowels
  • In short, your mind maintains control of the body while you sleep.  With my techniques, you can regain control of your mouth and throat, so you can again sleep without snoring tonight.

If your snoring is leading to sleep apnea, it is very likely that you have a carbon dioxide deficiency.  Medical studies show that almost all with sleep apnea do.  This can be corrected by clearing up the stress that leads to the carbon dioxide deficiency.  You can find out more at Stress and Illness and in the references that go with it.
